What, Tangyu is a spy?? This version is so different from the old version. So I guess Tangyu will die in the end. Sad ending for Anu & Tangyu? What about Ling er, LXY and Yueru? I’m watching this drama as a new drama and no longer refer or compare to the old version. This storyline is different to some extend and I personally think it’s quite good.

I’m more interested in Anu & Tangyu storyline. They have less screen time but surprisingly the story about them are good. Got bored with the main leads storyline & their love triangle.

Heard she’s a killer in the support role. It’s good that she played many different type of roles in all those dramas. It’s proven so far she’s a versatile actress. She did well in all the support roles. Hopefully she will gain recognition and get more FL roles in future.

You are right. It was not weird or annoying in the old version. But it’s annoying now in this new version. Wonder why or maybe it was because I was younger then when I watched the old version 😄

I like all the characters except FL in the old version and in this version too. My fav. is Anu & Tangyu, …and Yueru & Xiaoyao for their fighting scenes👍 and of course the scholar jinyuan, he’s just funny, wise and soft!

This drama is good so far, the pacing is ok and hopefully it does not get draggy as it has 40 eps. I enjoy the fighting scenes. Hv to fast forward some of xiaoyao and ling er scenes, and xiaoyao and yue ru bickering scenes!

I hv watched 6 eps and it’s quite good and interesting. So far all the six main characters are ok except Ling er keep on saying “xiaoyao gege”🤦🏻‍♀️. The scholar is funny and love the cute interaction of Anu& TangYu.

Me too, prefer her in period drama. She is super cute in TBW but im still waiting for subs to watch the drama. Hope she gets more popular and more FL lead roles, not as cutie in romcom but a more badass and strong roles

I'm curious too and why is she not getting lead roles? Always read other actresses busy shooting drama after drama but not HYX. Noticed that she hv long break after finished shooting a drama, is it because she cant get a role ?? It might be she's not dynamic or the her manager/ agent is not doing a great job promoting her. What a waste! She is a good actress.

Tq for sharing the article. I watched the original version of this drama 2 years back. I agreed with the article. I love Anu-Tangyu more than the love triangle between ML, FL & SFL. My POV was that drama was watchable but nothing to shout about. Anu was naive, lively and childish. Her relationship with Tangyu was cute and sweet, something to look forward in this remake! I like the ost too. I enjoyed the adventures and friendship of the six friends in this drama. I look forward to HYX as Anu and Tangyu to give us some surprises in this remake. Hope they are the sweetest CP!

Guess we can only watch her with supporting roles next year. Hope next year is a better year and she gets lead roles with big production. She can definately carry a bigger and stronger roles.

Im pretty sure she has no problem the role ANu. It fits her well and looking at the bts, i bet she will shine again in this drama although she's only playing supporting role.

HYX shouldn't has problem playing the character A Nu. She suits this role but unfortunately its only a support role. Not too sure about the others especially the ML and FL.
