I don't know how many times the FL died and reincarnated. Sorry Dylan but it's deng wei and second FL who was the main attraction of the drama

The best part of drama bailu and wang hedi. I loved them as more like chaotic siblings but after the drama is over, they really have great chemistry. I don't know if it's only me sometimes Dylan make me remember xukai as well. Shi yue totally came out of syllabus.
With bailu and Dylan the drama had lots of potential if only script had been quite great. Anyone after ep 30 everything goes smooth.

I was so eager to see this drama as I love modern drama with light and understandable stories than the ancient one. Even the leads are so captivating but the way they focus on every other thing beside lead is what put me off still have to tolerate for bailu and wang hedi I feel both the character are kind of at fault to ruin the relationship with more by Zheng shu yi ofc. I would have been satisfied if she had put enough of effort to apologize and still he acted that way then I would be fine with her moving on. But damn it takes her a decade to apologize and shi yan on the other hands though loves her deeply by his stern face would intimidate anyone 😒 He just clearly shows to her that he doesn't care and expect her to come to him. Till now the plot just managed to show tantai Jin side of story. I had expected so much from bailu character as well. Her emotional dilemma would have made much more sense and even created great impact on drama like how it is with tantai Jin. And communication gap sucks to yet another level.
My first reason to watch this drama is Bailu but luo yunxi stills the show as tantai Jin 😍😍😍 I wanted some more from ye xiwu side that she had some emotional dilemma between love and her goals but it's feels so blunt . I expected tower scene to be more heartbreaking but mourning by tantai Jin just is much more relevant and heartbreaking. Btw why is this drama made so complex like immortal arc, tantai Jin world, bore life. I would rather love some simple tantai Jin and ye xiwu story with deep emotional scene. Beside the two, nian biayu character is best and even the grandma it felts so pleasing seeing grandma love for ye xiwu. I felts so angry when there wasn't much sorrow shown from ye xiwu side when she heard of her grandma demise. Though I love bailu but her character is just focus on aim and no touch to emotional reality

Even I was madly in love with bailu xukai pairing back then like around 2019 but got to know bailu had to face lots of hate because of this. Bailu is shinning independently so not at all I want her to Collab with xukai and there is less of chance for their Collab. I heard that xukai u followed her on Weibo and that period was so devastating for her and there came love is sweet and her popularity began to grown as the time passed by. More than love is sweet, I love how ye xiwu and tantai Jin. So, for now bailu and Leo yunxi for win.
