In the case of Saretagawa, there's no difference. Both release groups seemed to have ripped from the same WEB source so you get the exact same version with either and my subs are cross compatible. The reason I kept switching back and forth between the two RAWs was because of the very variable releases. At times MagicStar's RAW came first, other times NSBC did so I tended to work with the one that came first. Hope that answered your question.

Yeah it's over. Half the time MAL has the wrong amount of episodes listed for currently airing dramas.

I can't lie, I was in tears laughing at that scene, it was harder to contain my laughter when I was subbing it and had to go line by line writing and translating the words (or just translating 嘘 over and over again🤣.) Fun fact, she says it a total of 50 times in that scene.

I really liked Sayaka's performance throughout the drama, but yeah, that scene was... lolworthy to say the least.
