Dad needs to lock his restaurant door when he's closed. But if he's going to leave it open, he should not sit…
Right!? He blanched when he saw her and dropped the knife and could not utter a word!! Though, tbh… he probably didn’t find out from YW that she told the truth to sumi, if he had, he might have guessed she’d come looking
So much to unpack. Is Young-Woo going to fix up her Spring Sunshine with Mr. Hairy at the sushi bar?Journalist…
You know... I am most curious about that Mom-dad conversation! First, the dude looked about to faint and she only decided to really step in after watching the pics on the wall.. Is she there to demand they leave her life alone or bc she's curious about that daughter? And...that visit will cost her...probably her ambitions will turn to dust.
Like mother, like daughter...why do they keep shocking the dad into silence like that!?! Poor dude looked like he was about to faint on ep 7 & 8 when his daughter kept talking about Sumi and later wanted to go work at Taesan....and today...he looked gobsmacked when his ex walked into the gimbab place!!!
At this rate, he'll faint soon!
I wonder why Tae Sumi is there, will she ask about YW or demand something from him?
And...things are about to blow up with that reporter there!
I adored the YW-JH moments...but since so much has already been commented on that, I focused on the parent's drama.
So i don't get why they are pushing mi rae and hyun jae that they look similar. I read somewhere that the father…
Don't let that bother you too much...I realized is one of those cultural things...apparently, for Koreans, if a couple looks alike, is a sign that they will have a good union... I don't think any other meaning was intended.
I am so happy with this episode...so many great moments!
The interactions between: Hyun Jae- Mirae Mirae-HaeJun HaeJun-Mom Lee Dad Lee-YoonJae The lee Brothers And JunHo, Mirae, Mom and Dad...and HJ.
Ofc, the ending made me happy, but it's how they got there where so many important things happened that had me mostly smiling, tearing up and laughing. A wholesome ep imo.
Let's wait and see if that preview is as misleading as it seems to me.
The way the actresses portrayed so many emotions so beautifully!
I do think the mom regrets it to a point...there's a scene where she's kind of watching a mother-daughter moment and she seems touched. I wonder if we're going to get more insight on her past. But, I do think she will be put, again on the position of having to choose.

Yes! and the impeccable camera work also....the way they tilted the camera when it was focused on the mother...her world has been shaken and her face and camera focus reflect that.
Though, tbh… he probably didn’t find out from YW that she told the truth to sumi, if he had, he might have guessed she’d come looking

And they even upped the english subs on that scene, that's the only vid from that drama with subs!
I hope we get more scenes of them.

Loved this episode though.

And it’s fine.
