I agree that the show doesn't have as much romance as you would expect. However, it equally focuses on team work, building trust and being able to get stronger no matter how much it seems like you can't. Pretty cliche story indeed, but still great nonetheless. I'd say you shouldn't listen to what anyone says. Watch it yourself and decide because I personally thought it was an amazing story and I am anxiously waiting for the season 2.
