I watched this drama three years ago, and the first thing that comes to mind is the wrong writing choices. I completely agree with you; they chose the most boring couple as their main focus, but it's still a fine drama in my opinion.

Yes, he isn't a top-tier actor, but I admire his hard effort. For his dramas, he develops a wide range of skills. For example, learning ballet is difficult; I hope he arrives with a decent drama, like Navillera, because the toxic romcom audience is too toxic for his pure heart. I've been following him for 2.5 years and while I don't like half of his dramas but I admire the way he gives 10/10 to his project, the hate comments are so annoying, criticism and hate comment is whole different things.
