I can say without a doubt that the FL is a freaking queen. She's one of the most graceful and determined protagonists I've ever seen. I am only on episode 16, and how she handled the situation with so much dignity and patience was truly inspiring. Amazingly written character
Can someone spoil me if the FL regains her powers? Or at least if we see her fight well at some point? I got so intrigued by the fact her mother was a General and she was strong since birth, I wanted to see a female protagonist as the strongest but she keeps using poison and apparently doesn't care about getting her spirit power back...
The writer was very brave to put this storyline here, people like to stay away from this.
I don't think it was brave, brave would be to handle difficult topics like rape against men in a realistic manner. The step-brother was abusive and toxic, it was NOT romance, it was coercion.

I think they have a more natural chemistry and they would fit well when playing the friends to lovers trope, the reason it feels a bit forced sometimes is that in my opinion Prem is not believable as a guy who has a friend with benefits, while Boun is just perfect for the role. I wish they made Prem's character a bit more "rough" and serious, instead he looks like a shy kitten whenever he's on screen

I agree. I can't stand characters that are bad at their job for comedic effect. The fact that the main character wanted to drug the other ML and blackmail him is just ridiculous. I hoped we moved past the obvious toxicity of this kind of trope in BLs, but I guess I was wrong. I watched the first two episodes because the visual are stunning and I love the OST, but this is doing nothing for me especially after watching series like Bad Buddy and Not Me, this is genuinely sad.
Whoevee you are, trust me, just watch it. This is one of a kind, one of those BL stories that, like Not Me, transcends its genre. It's more than a BL for me

Oh my God, thank you so much for this, I'm Italian and while I was watching this series I wrote a comment about how I found the cult-like school unrealistic and weird, now it all makes sense cause it's a metaphor and they did it like this to escape censorship. That's why the topics they protest about are relatively "light", like uniforms and "no phones". Thank you for explaining this to me, now a lot of scenes make a lot of sense
