One of my favorite probably is Gao Shi De's character in We best Love. Him trying to show his feelings is so slow paced at first which i love because i can feel every emotion he gave. The way he rejected Shu Yi's attempt to kiss at the end of S1 made me appreciate his character because he played safe trying to protect himself from hurting himself. He convinced himself that maybe what ShuYi felt was just an infatuation. Shide must have been asking questions on himself like "What if he said he likes me out of pity/or because everything is just new for him?" He must've struggled because he knew what it felt like. But when ShuYi shouted and confessed his feelings for him, everything he went through to deny that foreign feelings, Shide must've have realized that the love of his life struggled the same thing as him thinking "oh no, i am hurting right now but my love must have been hurt too, he bet all his chance to confess to me which i couldn't do before, its hard but i dont want to waste this chance".
