I love love love the leads relationship here. I'll be honest I didn't find both the leads that attractive in the beginning and that kind of bothered me. I'm not really someone who drops dramas if the cast is not attractive but still it was just a thought. Then gradually I fell in love with the leads and their story. I'm so happy that they didn't just fell in love after a bumpy start but rather they became genuinely good friends. Their friendship was goalsss. The way Sisi used to protect him in the office and looked concern if something happened to him. The whole falling in love for Tianran was sudden for me but the Sisi falling in love was soooooo well done. I love love love them❤
Nothing against this but all the dramas with the same ratings are like really really good. I wouldn't consider this to be THAT good. No offense of course but that's just my opinion
While I love the show a lotttttt I cannot stop thinking how it would have been without all this revenge and all. If it was just a simple story of a mom and son and their turbulent relationship. How both of them did things their way and are now estranged. How maybe some incidents causes them to come together and realise their mistakes and work on their relationship.
The problem is not the mother being too harsh and borderline abusive but rather her actions being justified.
Young soon's ringtone being the song her family played moments before death is just soo sad. My girl has been traumatized. Everytime her phone rings it just makes me too emotional.
I love this drama but I don't love love it. Idk if my expectations were high cause of this comment section but somehow I felt it had something missing. The main couple who I loved to death should have gotten more screentime but that's not my biggest concern at all. The problem lies within the side characters. None of them made my heart flutter or anything. I cannot help but compare this with Touch your heart . I didn't care for the second leads there too but I didn't mind because they didn't take much of the screentime. But but but the side characters in hometown cha ×3 were sooo good and interesting that I couldn't stop watching. Sooo my point is if you have half baked characters and stories then either cook them properly or give them less screentime.
