I actually disagree with the comment made by the other user. This one is a pretty good adaptation and actually ties the loose ends that were left hanging in the Kdrama version. The tone of the drama is different. Here things are more serious as compared to it's Korean counterpart. Also few scenes have been shown a little differently as the culture in both the countries happen to be different.
why the hell didn't she turn him in when she had the evidence. That worthless bitch Jong suk doesn't deserve any respect. I absolutely hate him....he destroyed their friendship.
And that's a good thing. Every drama should have it's own essence whichakes it worth a watch. Both of them have revenge but it's pretty different. Also the time period was different so it makes sense it's similar but not the same.

I really wished the series was about 12-14 episodes long so they would have extended and fleshed out the bullying scenes and the revenge arc. The way they all became friends in the first few episodes made me cry. I really wished Gyeong tae wasn't a psycho and that he too by the end would change but ig some people are just bad and you cannot do anything about it. The romance was good (although I would have liked a kiss ) I also wished to see a scene where he gets over Seonhwa and she realizes what she lost. I wish Jiyeon could show off Byeong tae in front of Seonhwa.
