I don't actually know or understand how he got the ability to read mind tbh, but from what I'm guessing currently with all these hints is it has to do something with this world's Phu and Cir getting together (not surely but I think it might be), like in order to bring Cir and Phu together he might've got this ability even it's being unknown to him.
Maybe one day suddenly he gets this ability out of nowhere (as I've said that it has something to do with bringing CirPhu of this world closer), and now this special ability of him is getting taken away when Cir Phu are finally getting together. I might be completely wrong tho, but still I have this feeling that it is like this.
In every dimension Phu and Cir gets together in different circumstances, so it's not that necessary for Jin have this ability in every universe too. Like the CEO Cir and his Phu gets together after 10 years from their school encounter, so there's no need for Jin to become their cupid or something, also the black Cir gets together with Phu in school after the paper cup phone incident, so it's also not necessary for Jin to get involved but in this case he has a vital role to convey everyone's true feelings or giving them a needed advice and this special ability of his certainly or indirectly helps CirPhu getting close to each other very much, like he helps Cir to spend time with Phu in Phu's father's death anniversary also he suggests Cir to tell Phu the truth and all.
So my point is as Cir starts getting dream an all while him travelling to other dimension, Jin also gets an duty (it could be possible that he gets this ability between or before of Cir going into coma) to become a helper of them without him knowing.

No I didn't at all, cause I don't usually and I heard many things would change in series so I just started watching it without any insights. I was too confused in the beginning for about ep 2 or 3 then I started with my own theories and kept changing it with each episode's info that's how I got to understand that "parallel world is real in this".
Also Mame had mentioned before in an interview that she had written this story over and over again to make it more interesting so it has more elements than the original one.
I have been telling y'all that parallel world is real from the past few weeks and you guys just keep confusing yourself with the theory of Cir being mentally ill, as in stalker and having personality disorder, which is not true at all!

I have waited sooooooooooo long for Wang Zi Xuan to be back on screen as the main lead again, and now finally it's here!!! She's superrrrr talented and an amazing actress who should get her deserved spot light. I've been following her since My Mr. Mermaid.
One thing could be that Cir really have personality disorder and another could be that there's really exist multiverse, as the series already have supernatural element like Jin can read minds, also Cir have insight info of Phu's personal details which even Stalkers can't get unless they set camera in someone's home.

The inner details about Phu, like his mole, his room password, and more he got to know through his dream whenever he travelled between the worlds! Remember in an episode Cir was in a white room, when he was hearing all the things and woke up being scared.
Also currently after this accident on ep7, this current Cir got trapped in coma by the black cir, and 3rd cir from another world came here. That's it.
And I'm not bashing you honestly, but we have to understand that even if from Phu's perspective there's another Phu who is boyfriend of this Cir, it's not cheating in reality that's we and Cir is well aware of.
And if we think that Phu is cheating with someone's else's boyfriend from his perspective doesn't make his and Cir's relationship a cheating to the other Phu, it is not. The one who's truly getting cheated on is actually Phu, who's in reality is the actual victim (also Cir if he's getting played by the black Cir) and getting hurt again and again for him to suffer thinking he's breaking someone else's relationship when it's not.
Also I said that "Phu and Cir getting close despite Phu thinking that there's another Phu might be waiting for him is lack of Cir's concern about the other Phu, like he doesn't even exist at all, which creates an illusion for certain moments for Phu to give in to his real feelings. And whenever he's getting his consciousness back, his guilty is eating himself alive to the point he's hurting himself bad." Which means he's mourning thinking he's involve in the cheating despite it being not. And it is solely Cir's fault that even in the spur-of-moment they're getting close and Phu loses his consciousness.

Watch every week with a bit more attention instead of being busy finding the unnecessary faults and make theories nobody's stopping anyone but straight up complain about the plot every week since day 1 is a crime!
