yes and he was fighting his sexual desires by pouring water over himself..in the novel novel it was way more intense.spoiler..later…
Or maybe it's the difference between how a boy reacts when he goes through this phase and how a girl would react in a similar situation. I've noticed that boys often tend to lose control over their instincts.
Okay so despite being a gen z this show is too modern for me. I don't really support this type of relationship where people are just having fun without any commitment or future plans. And they both look like those type of people who (unintentionally) hurt each other get back together and the cycle repeats.
Qing fen was against the idea of sending her mom to a nursing home. She asked her sis in law to care for her and was willing to contribute monetarily. But you know they say that everything comes back to you. That's exactly what happened when her mother in law fell sick she had to nurse her.
Qing fen doesn't appreciate the little things she has that other people unfortunately do not have. But i guess that's human nature.
ML was a coward imo. I understand that he and fl couldn't be together forever (realistically) because his mom hates her. But why did he never stopped QF from coming to his home and spending time with his mom? I was really waiting for him to confront her about that but then he suddenly proposed to her. It felt like he did that because he needed a house help nothing more. For him she was a responsibility and someone he is grateful to. But i guess he did fell in love with her at some point after the marriage (which was hinted in ep 6).
Loneliness can be really scary because human being is a social animal, you need atleast one person in your life with whom you can talk about the trivial things of your mundane life. Rebecca suffered the most. And it looks like there's no escape from this suffering because she has no one by her side. I guess that's why the writer made her ill because death is the only thing that can liberate her from this suffering. I find this very similar to what happened to Edna in the novel The Awakening. When there's no end to the suffering the writers often use death of the protagonist as the ending.
Mediocre. Why don't they put in as much efforts in making korean movies as they do in dramas? Specifically the writing. With this cast they could have done a much better job

Btw i didn't know that the producer was changed. Well that explains why it was bad.
