I have a feeling Yoo Un Hak might have been the one who hired San Ho. Since he works closely with the current president maybe he was disappointed by how easily she gave in to the U.S.'s demands and started seeing Munju as a stronger candidate for the presidency. Plus in ep1 the way he stared at her so intensely felt like a big hint.

Objectively that kind of character (traumatized son of a murderer) is supposed to be sympathized with but I just can't bring myself to feel that way about him. And he has given me more than enough reasons not to. But I don't hate him.

Honestly hiding something that big from someone you want to build a future with is just wrong. At least he shouldn't have married her. Now his wife has become a part of the murderer's family so if his identity as the serial killer's son ever comes out she will have to face the consequences too. If he really cared for her he wouldn't have married her.
