That surgeon looked completely different (and better) after he changed his hair colour back to black. Lol who the hell told him that he looked good with that hair he used to look like an ahjussi

I'm glad SML character doesn't just revolve around FL. He now genuinely cares for ML

These lines are so beautiful. I deeply felt it because until I see FL in hospital or taking her medicines I keep forgetting that she is sick even though her illness is the most talked about topic in every episode. This is probably because I just do not want her to die....I want to live in denial 😭❤️

I'm glad that they made some changes in the j version. They are keeping me interested in this drama

I was expecting no eul to take that baby away and raise her as her own daughter (i thought her biological daughter was dead and that guy she hired to look for her was just pretending to help her?)

Btw who was that ahjumma reuniting with her son in the airport? Had she appeared before or that scene was just added to prove that that private investigator guy is a good person who helps ppl?
