Personally, like I said in my comment, I'm not mad with this actor's Kong Ming. I've seen an actor with HYX whom I had earlier thought wouldn't suit her (the ML of The Sleepless Princess, Zheng Ye Cheng) But the actors had such incredible chemistry that it's one of my all time favorite pairings of Chinese dramaland. I think same would be the case with this drama's Luo Luo and Kong Ming. HYX has the kind of prettiness that meshes well with any actor's looks, doesn't stand out as too beautiful or not suiting actors who aren't considered the most handsome. So I'm kind of curious about this unique looking couple. I hope they have great onscreen chemistry. I think they will because I've loved all of HYX's onscreen pairings till now, she is very good at creating chemistry with her costar.
After seeing some of the scenes and some BTS as well, I have realised that even Allen Ren and HYX would make a great ship. They look good together, aesthetically. 'Grumpy hero v/s sunshine heroine' is my favorite romance trope and a story like that with these two as the leads would be superb. Ahh just imagining that itself is heart fluttering. Kong Ming's entry! I am not mad at it... It will be very interesting to see this actor with HYX's Luo Luo. They look as if physically they won't mesh together but I'm sure they will make a cute couple.
