No, I think that BFX is a princess from another kingdom like Yongzhou not the emperor's daughter. The crown prince's name is Jing Yan so I am pretty sure their surname is not Feng like BFX's real name which should be Feng Xiyun. So they are not cousins.

It felt so good when BFX said let me handle this (regarding that first puzzle with HFX) and from HFX's expression he was confident that she could do it. It felt sooo refreshing that he didn't interrupt or lend her a hand and let her solve it herself when in most dramas we see an over-controlling ML helping out the FL every time and never letting HER do the things!!
