Finally, someone who appreciates his looks.I wanna cry tears of joyπ
Ah thanks. I don't know. I suddenly have the idea that maybe it was Jump's idea to wear an eyeglass in that photo. He probably thought he'll look like a nerdy daddy.π
My only problem with them all calling him uncle was that he didn't look that much older than them, so it was confusing…
Well, the guy's age and looks were appropriate for the future. So him going back to the past and looking much older than young ongsa is expected and realistic. Sure, him and the young ongsa had a huge age gap based on looks when he went back to the past but it wasn't weird to me because i know him and ongsa are agemates. The difference is, he went back to the past. Regardless of which actor plays it whether a younger looking one or not, it doesn't change the fact that an older Soon went back to the past and met the younger version of his lover when they were still in high school. In fact, I preferred it this way. I've had enough with some viewers deluding themselves or excusing certain situations when a younger and more handsome looking actor is made to play a certain character. The actor who played young Ongsa is 25yrs in real life and the actor who played older Soon is around 36yrs. So one looks way younger than his age while one looks exactly his age. I bet if they had used a younger and more handsome actor to Play Older Soon, people won't bat an eye at the age gap between younger Ongsa and older Soon. At this point, I've come to realize there's no pleasing the audience .

Well, i guess it depends on the producers. Sometimes, i just want the producers to do what they want. This was how they casted an older guy in "absolute zero" to match the characters age but the viewers hated him and complained that he was too old. The actor was amazing but yet the viewers complained that he was terrible ans creepy simply because he was older and his looks matched his age. Actors don't necessarily have to play characters their age. It's why it's called "acting". Moreover, a lof of people don't look their actual age. The actor playing Jeff looks like he could be 20yrs. So the actor playing Aln could be 35yrs in real life but looks younger than his age (although I know he's not actually 35yrs in real life). Some people also look way older than their actual age. It is what it is.

It's based on the show. Jeff is 19 in the show and alan character is likely around 35.
Plus, Uncle can also be used as a title for respect. He doesn't have to necessarily look physically older than them. What about people way older but look very young?
That sexy nerdy excort lookπ

It's amazing you enjoy all the chaos at 84 and still get to remind us you're 84ys.
