I also have an accent and I'm sure if I listen to myself as a third person, I would cringe too. I never really had any issue with their use of English. Heck! I literally watch shows from different countries and I don't even speak the languages. I actually appreciate the actors efforts. English is not their first language, thus, it's normal to have an accent.
