Yeah, cos in my hospital (In England), we don't have any objections. In fact, we welcome family involvement as long as there is no reason not to. I raised it because I saw "comments attacking Charlie for giving a towel bath in the hospital ". It's not a dumb move. He's caring for his loved one. There's nothing wrong with that.
Where are my buddies who knows how hospitals work? Last time I checked, was there any rule which says "family members or friends cannot wash or give towel bath to their loved ones on the hospital bed?" Cos as far as I know, while there are nurses and carers to help, if a family member wants to, no one will stop them as long as it's not contraindicated.
