Our vampire was tasked with looking after Tong. He protected him from afar. He never got close to him. They finally met face to face when Tong went to that hotel as a waiter and at this point, Tong is an adult. Which parts of this screams Pedophilia?
If he had raised him under his roof as his father, that would be a different story. In that case, your point would be considered, and that's not the case here.
Even though they met and despite the lure of Tong's blood, there is no single romantic affection in Mark's eyes. Where on earth do you see Pedophilia? Just because he's been watching him?
