It's hilarious how irritating I find Jun's meddling, yet I can't even get mad at him bcos I'm busy giggling at his antics whilst swearing at him at the same time. ππ He's like a reverse cupid. If not for him, it would have probably taken Thame 10 episodes to realise his feelings. The jealousy push always work.
latter.. ep 1.. he was waiting at the car, thwarted the thieves (Saved his bf's car.. lol).. and then waited until…
This is why I'm beginning to worry. I like psychological thrillers as long as I know I don't have to ship the stalker with his victims and that the stalker would either be arrested at some point or maybe just fucks himself far away from the lead after doing the mental damage that comes with having a stalker. To stalk someone up to the point of knowing what he knows about Phu including intimate details......I have no words.
Did you see the end scene, after the me Mindy logo? It shows a Chi hiding behind a Pilar when Phu retrieved the…
The Chi from Phuβs world seems very shy and hesitant.//
Maybe he was, but I don't think so anymore. The moment Jin said "you should tell him the truth", I knew Cir was hiding something. I got chills. I hope he's not totally lying to Phu and I hope he didn't concoct such a sinister scheme. To come up with a ruse such as this insisting he's from a parallel world, all the while, knowing he's been stalking Phu, even up to the point that he knows the location of birthmarks on his body and he even stays in the same apartment building as him....... that thought is terrifying.
Now, I really hope he's from a parallel world. That's the only explanation my brain can deal with. I really wouldn't want to imagine a second scenerio because it's terrifying.
Nah, they shouldn't have invented mobile phones, cos why do we need them when we can just tie and throw cups around on a string and we'll be able to hear the other person on the other side of the cup?ππ
Cir knowing all of Phu's habits and pattern of behaviour comes down to two things. It's either he's really from a parallel world with a Phu that have similar habits to this Phu or he's been secretly stalking Phu long enough to know all of his habits. The latter is very scaryπ
Phu: Let me go. Cir: You're still the same. Any other person would yell at me but you didn't.
Me: Dude, he says you should let him go. What kind of logic is that? You ignored him, keeps badgering him about how he's the same as someone else, and then turns around and says "he'll never yell at you?"ππ I'm seconds away from throwing my hands at Cir.π
Nobody likes to be compared or likened to someone else.. not even their parallel from another world. At the end of the day, he's gonna hurt this Phu if he keeps going on and on about how he's the same with the other Phu. Transfer of affection to another is ultimately not love. Even if he hallucinated everything, it's still the same. Comparing him to someone else is nasty when he expects this Phu to fall for him.
Kidnap suffered from this. It was never promoted as a dark action series. It was clear from the trailer it was…
You're right. I kept seeing comments about how "they are so disappointed with the show because it turned out to be a romcom and how they should have known GMMTV can never get it right bla bla bla". I totally rolled my eyes cos it's understandable if they don't vibe with the show but it's ridiculous blaming the production for their own assumptions. I remember they did this to 1000 Year old Vampire and that vampire show with Frank.
The hope that it will turn from a Thai campy comedy into a French noir movie is impressive. π
Exactly. It's how they're trying to turn Thai shows into Hollywood and others. I'm not saying Thai can't do intense show but it depends ultimately on what the writers and producers wants to see. In this case, it's often comedy and camp. That sets them aside from the usual dark, intense and brooding assholes we're used to.
A genuine word of advice to certain fans out there.
When a company releases a trailer for upcoming shows, stop making assumptions about how you think the show will turn out, especially for shows with Guns and supernatural themes. Because, I've noticed the moment a trailer has features of the supernatural or guns, many fans assume it's gonna be dark and intense, and therefore completely misses clues and cues which suggests that the show might be camp. When the show finally airs and turns out to be camp, these fans are unhappy and complaining that the show went off rails and somehow is now completely comedy and that the producers/writers don't know what they are doing. No dear, the problem is not the company. The problem is you who assumed that the show was gonna be the "second coming of James Bond and vampire diaries".
In case many of you haven't noticed, many Thai shows incorporate comedy or camp theme in their shows aside from BOC. It's okay if this is not your thing but stop yucking our yum and go watch squid game or something. This ain't hollywood. This is Thai BL TV. The sooner you catch up with the rest of us, the better.
