When Pat's father realises that the son of the person who's life he destroyed was the same guy who saved his kid from being put behind the bars wow.. I wonder how it felt?? That immense guilt? If he hadn't thanked Pran for it then.. idk that would've been a whole new low for him :/ But he only did that after his wife put some sense into him :/
5 & 10 are my top favourites. But every episode has its best bits.
Yes. This maybe a very biased view of mine since I love this drama a lot but I don’t think there are any bad or below average episodes in this series at all. I loved every single one of them lol But ep 4, 5 and 10 are my top fav cause they just hit me right in the feels
Ep 10 was objectively the best episode in the series. I have so many thoughts on this episode that I really cannot type down about everything in the same post. The range of this episode was just fantastic. It had everything romance, comedy, drama. If people had problems with ep 9 being all over the place then ep 10 was everything done absolutely right. Everything to the point. It talks about a heartbreaking backstory of one generation and how it is passed down to its next, poisoning the kids all their lives.
But the most beautiful aspect of the episode as always was PatPran and them being each other’s strength. They were so wronged by their parents. They were the victims of generational hate passed down to them. This episode showed how the trauma and pressure is passed down to our future generations as a consequence of one person’s action. And these kids knew that they were wronged and demanded answers for it. Demanded answers as to why their parents poisoned them against each other all their lives when all they ever wanted was to genuinely love each other. When Pat stood up for his relationship he gave that strength to Pran who had been repressed all his life. And when characters like Pran, who are shut down all their lives and has a hard time expressing their feelings out loud, finally burst out that literally is a mental breakdown for everyone. For the character, for the viewers, for the whole story. And that’s exactly what we witnessed in the episode. The breakdown of Pran, Pat and us.
And since it was Ohm and Nanon delivering it, there was no way we could’ve watched it without crying. I cannot even find any words anymore to describe what OhmNanon’s acting does to me. Their acting is beyond my ability to even find the right words to applaud them. All I can say is if Pat and Pran is evoking so many beautiful yet heartbreaking emotions in so many people then the only ones who’s responsible for it is Ohm and Nanon. An outstanding episode! I feel like this was the highest peak in the series and the remaining episodes cannot beat this. This was basically another ep 5. And it’s amazing how both peaks were at the same place - rooftop ):)
