Joong as Fadel ate this up. ngl. i fully judged the show based off of ep 1, but this ended up being rlly good. im obsessed with Fadel and Style, i srsly cant get enough of them.
i swear it gets rlly good. the first 3ish eps dont do it justice. you will not be disappointed.
I think the acting, chemistry, and intensity of their emotions was def what sold it for me. I was Fs willing to ignore a lot of odd things 😭 so ig I’m biased towards the couple.
Whenever i want to watch bl series i check review and lots of negative review about every series. Like i drop…
tbh i feel like any show will have negative comments. everyone has their preferences. overall, i often watch shows as long as they are rated above a 7.5ish on mdl.
to be fair there's only one episode out so far. i think it's mostly an issue of people not realizing thk is a…
yeah i fully agree. i think we forget its a lighthearted romcom, and delve too much into the details early on. i'm def gonna give the show a watch before rating it, these low ratings scaring any new watchers fr 😭
not hating, but if we compare this show to others on the actors discography, it feels very weak. not sure if its the writing... i did enjoy the second couple though.
if you are contemplating on if you should watch this, take this as a sign that you absolutely should!! this is easily one of the best bl this year. somehow, despite the short runtime, this show has managed to take me through so many emotions. the feelings, acting, and tension is intense.
ngl, when i watched this show earlier this year, it really helped me get through my internship. I was stressed out dealing with the environment, the boss, and the feeling of not knowing enough. But watching this show, despite it not being perfect, really helped me see things in a new perspective and feel not so alone.
if you came here to watch a regular bl, this is def not that. this is a story of a lifetime. it felt so authentic and real and it took you through the life of a gay man in Korea. the emotions were raw and i cried evey single episode. i highly recommend this if you want a change in pace in your watchlist fs. it was honestly on par with watching the movie: your name engraved herein. different themes but it did remind me of that.
I love the clarity we got in ep 8. I felt it tied all loose ends.
Though I really enjoyed the show, I feel like it wasn’t the best show. The mystery was interesting, the cast and chemistry was on point. But, it felt like the writers rlly made biblejes the side characters to tonkorn 😭 the lack of scenes for the mains and the plethora of montages jsut didn’t do it for me. I love this pair though and the plot wasn’t too confusing (unlike 609 bedtime story). I definitely recommend to watch this.
Yes, it may be unpopular opinion but I liked it even more than IFYLITA
ngl me too 💀 IFYLITA was a good show but idk i struggled to finish it even tho i like these older setting shows, Im still only at ep 7 with it 😭maybe i should finish it to judge it fairly lmao
