Oh so finally I have an explanation after watching the ep. It'll be better if she creates a scandal with the CEO than Jihan. Having a scandal with Jihan risks his entire group's career but with CEO, the only person who'll face the brunt will be her and the CEO. The top entertainment reporter will naturally have a very large scoop. That the CEO is in a relationship with his own artist. Not to mention that since he wanted to list the company publicly, if the value of his shares go down then it will be difficult so he'll be forced to protect her. So technically Jenna is using him, she doesn't have any feelings for the CEO.
Now what I'm more interested in is the past of the CEO and Jihan. What did the CEO mean when he took Jihan's respirator away?

Wtched ep 4. The good script continues but now i honestly have a new question. Is Jenna using the CEO or something like she kssed him right in front of Jihan? Like wtf! I jumped out of the chair when that happened. CEO either you become the ml or the second ml. Ok, so my perception of Jihan changed. Seems like he is now the guy who is a tsundere than the CEO.

You're on point. Bad script ruins the show, if they handle the romance part well (if there is any) then we'll be able to do well.

ok. i'd like to know why you think so. I agree that he does have anger issues but as far as I can remember he's been helping Cotton Candy. In fact he even asked the CEO to give the practice room to cotton candy in exchange for his obedience in doing the songs. What are your reasons that you believe so?

i get that but i dont think it'll be that awkward, kim min kyu's done acting projects before. so i hope it won't be awkward if they are the main couple.

oh sorry. i think you mean the actors. it doesn't make a difference cause both hani+mikyu as well as hani+kwak siyang have an age group.

because imitation went downhill after the romance started, romance became the central thing. Here the actual reality is the main focus and it sort of gives a different perspective. Imitation had a group who after being called failed idols, they still stuck together. Although that is one way people work but then here you see the other way. When hardships crack relationships, whether they're small or big, they still affect the relationship.

same i ship jenna and jihan too but honestly this drama gives so many twists. if there's romance pls let the good guy for once get the girl.

yes jihan is looking for jenna because he wants her to help wth his music. remember in ep2 he said that the song his producer gave screams "im *the producers name*" so he wants to change that and he coincidentally hear jenna sing so that's why..

yayy! if finally found a person who agrees with me. lmao but that aside i eally hope he's the villain cos i checked the cast thingy for imitation and in there the second lead was written as a support role. fingers crossed for this one.

i honestly don't want it to be the ceo, i hate it when good guys get rejected for cold ml. Like I hate the entirety of the issue. If this does happen, I will be very disappointed (i was disappointed in true beauty too).
But there was one teaser when jenna and jihan were together, both of them looking at something, they both kinda gave me ml vibes. Man this is a mystery.

Who gives off a second ml vibe to you? For me it's the CEo (kinda gives me Han Seojun vibes)

I thought of the Elle and CEO pairing because they had alot of screentime together in ep 2. And the CEO and fl seem to be at loggerheads. And some sort of a past, that's why. He's arrogant surely but the actor said that the character grows. So who knows?

So romance was not mentioned obviously probably because it is a surprise or something but i will send you a link to the teaser. Watch the end. So basically the new CEO says that "I'll give you a chance to continue if even 1% of people believe you can succeed". That gives them hope but at a parallel you'll hear Ji han (Kim min kyu) telling his bandmate "this is not about them getting a 1% chance, he(the new ceo) just wants to show them that they don't even have 1% chance to succeed". At the when cotton candy is shown that they don't have 1% chance, jenna says gives us 3 months ( if im not wrong)"we'll win first place on a music show and then disband but don't kick us out." So I assume that he is a second ml who might develop feelings for Jenna or he might end up with Elle.

so i think the ceo is the ml for L. Judging how ep 2 showed that.
