She sees a dream while she is in coma . In that dream events which occurred in past 10 years are all same but this time she makes different choices .She thinks she has time travelled and is in parallel world but actually she is seeing a dream while being in coma in that dream she fulfills all her wishes and also she realizes in that dream that male lead has secretly helped her all these years in reality and actually he liked her
She wakes up from coma around episode 23-24 . And of course nothing changes in real world and in reality how will male and female lead come together that is the story. It will have happy ending because it is based on novel and novel had happy ending . In novel they are getting married and she is already pregnant with twins

yes i totally agree with u i also hate same rich ceo and poor women concept but i myself don't know why i am liking this show especially 🤣🤣 . This show is an exception For example - i didn't Iike secret life of my secretory, rich man poor women, clean with passion for now and other chinese dramas with same concept. But in this drama although the women is poor she is not being mistreated at least by the male lead or the male lead has never made her realize that she is poor or is disgusted by her in early episodes. In fact he has always treated her with respect and also i am watching this because of second couple and other side characters
