She is getting hate bcuz of her previous dram not bcuz of this drama. The people who have watched Love illusion(i don't remember the name properly) are hating on her.
Now I'm sure on this that I should never start a drama based on MDL's comments. I really liked korean period dramas, infact I prefer period dramas more than modern dramas. And I can say this drama has potential and I really liked it so far. I didn't get the comment about FL's bad acting like what? she is not the best of course but she is pretty decent. People are really prejudiced towards the actors. They would have definitely liked it if Kim soo hyun, lee min ho, song hye kyo etc etc actors would have been there. Just give it a bit time, of course they won't reveal everything in just 1st ep.
Haruto was an amazing character. He was a green flag when green flag thing was not popular. Haruto and Ako were my favs. This whole drama was filled with warmth, hope and heart break. Was so sad but still so good. Deserves it's hype.

I didn't cry but I felt sad inside. It depends on your heart. If you cry easily and things affect you then don't watch. As for me, I was able to take it well, so if you are also that kind of person then go for it.
They made it so well. Each and everything they tried to potray so well. From the acting, actors and the school setting and Kaguya's house, everything was perfectly done. I liked the anime alot too, that's why I watched it and they did so well. Why people just can't accept that live actions can also be good if done well? Not every live action is bad, it's not a rule OK. I normally leave any show if it gets me even a little bored, but this one kept me engaged. IDK why the ratings are so less. I just wonder what would be the rating of first love netflix if it would also be adapted from anime.
I'm new to anime, I was about to watch this anime but they announced the live action. At that time I decided to watch live action first bcuz like all other live actions, i didn't want to watch it after anime and make comparisons all the time and I'm happy my decision was good. It was good and very well done I can say thayt. I enjoyed fight scenes alot. Of course it was short but still good. I hope people can watch it without making comparisons and be broad minded.
I can watch them together forever.
