The small talks and interactions between the SFL and the ML' s friend Kyung Pil, seem to unveil a past relationship between them. The scene in ep7 where they're having lunch together with the ML and FL, when the ML was about to add perilla powder to her girlfriend's soup and Pil snatched it suddenly and the the SFL said she liked it, is like a replica of the previous scene between the ML and the FL when she said she liked oysters

But that's not weak in my opinion, he's in love with her so if she gives him an opportunity, or whatever, it's normal that he takes it.

ML is weak for other reasons, like he is overly conscious of what people will say or think about him, and because he doesn't want to risk the status he reached after his struggles growing up.

And the behaviour of the ML, or better said, what the FL sees, it's that he hardly ever speaks in her favour, and that in no time he jumped to other woman when he claimed he was formal about her. And that mixed with confusing signals he gives, like being constantly aware of what she's doing.

So it's normal she doesn't want to try with the ML despite what she feels for him, and that she tries a secure relationship instead, with the SML

Yes, and I'll add to that, that the FL feels she can help the SML, and it's a way she feels better with herself, because she couldn't help her brother, and it's a fact that he reminds of her brother

What are your thoughts about the upcoming episodes?. Are the FL&ML going to have an affair and just that and they won't end up together?, or are they going to have a brief relationship and end up breaking up?. Because at this point I can't think the guionist want them to be a couple at the end, and in that case I only hope their relationship starts to develop soon, pretty please.

Yes, he isn't part of that upper class, but she's below him, so she doesn't want to stop his opportunities and that he eventually ends hating her for that or abandom her...

I think we have similar taste, I also have Something in the Rain as one of my favourites. I only hope this ends up well. If you haven't watched Just Between Lovers (=Rain or Shine, in Netflix), I totally recommend it.

I think they're showing she has accepted her "role" as a "low class person" in a society where that is too important as she experienced all her life, so she thinks if she lives her life that way without trying to get things over her&out of her reach, she'll get at least a calmer life. That's why she doens't want to give and oportunity to her relationship with the ML.

Well I said poor but they're showing normal jobs as a bank clerk or a security guard in a bank. They show that if you're not afluent your life is a shit. And that being rich is the most desirable thing. I question both.

I have to add that I wish this has a happy ending, because I've just watched the trailer from Netflix and it implies that ML and the FL are no together as a couple just sex, because they can't control it. Maybe he's with the SFL. He says "we can't do do this anymore" (because he is with the SFL?) and that he gave his love to whom he shouldn't had to (bad premonition here), so maybe the FL never agree to go out with him as a couple. I don't know I'm just rumbling because I 100% want they end up together, pleaaaaase.

I think they're showing that for Korean being rich is the most wanted thing in life, so the FL is resigned to not climb up the social ladder because of her past, it isn't jealous is just she's going along with what she's watching around, because it's something out of her reach.

I'm loving the drama, it's full of Korean clichés (being poor as the worst thing it could happen to you vs. being rich is everything in life), but apart from that I really like it till ep.4

It's a pitty that she had changed her features so much, she had a sweet face and now it's so plastic I can't concentrate in the story because her face looks so artificial, what a pitty.
