Similar with me. The difference is i only watched cdrama before but then for the last few years lose interest to cdrama and never finished any cdrama (either because of it's dragging in the middle or learned that it has a poor ending so i stop watching) . Really hooked with this prisoner of beauty, hopefully it is something worthy to watch till the end and has a satisfactory ending.

The Top Airing Shows in MDL is so messed up. A (good) drama like this Dear Hong Rang is never shown in the Top Airing as it is fully released (11 episodes right away), while some dramas can be in the Top Airing for months (even years) as the drama is cancelled in the middle and never finished LOL. BTW, just want to say that this Dear Hong Rang is really worthed to watch and deserved a higher rating from now 8.2. Yes it is dark, but the pace is good. And it is fully released in Netflix. No need to wait for weeks / months to complete it. The ending to me is satisfactory.

many mention about kang cheol here at comments, but i can't find it at the cast above. who is he? is this drama worthed to watch? i personally not sure with the FL. and only 2 episodes so far so i wait for more episodes released...

I totally agree with this review. 💯 I don't understand why this drama got such a high rating. It is a 6 only for me. Well, 6.5 as this reviewer gave. Without (pathetic & hypocrite) Ga On and Soo Hyun it will be much better drama imho.

The only interesting characters of this drama is the devil judge and the villians. The rest of the supposed to be good characters are so pathetic. 🤪

IU is my favorite, but i haven't watched this as I know I have to prepare myself for endless cries. 😢 I'll start this week I guess...

this series has great potential. skipped many parts. if they make the interaction between the 2 leads more, the struggle they face, it can be a really good series. still enjoy it though. love the soundtracks too. beautiful. seems that it is written specifically for this drama.

I don't like medical drama. Never ever watched a medical drama. Afraid of bloods. But heard that this drama is so good so I don't want to miss it. So I brave myself to watch it and close my eyes during so many bloody scenes. 🫣 And wow it is such a wild ride. Such a good drama! The characters. Adore them all. The story. The intensity. Simply brilliant drama. 👍

Never completed a chinese series in the last 1-2 years. But love this Love of the Divine Tree so far. Can't stop watching. In episode 21 now. I hope I can keep the pace until finish. And has a great finish. 🤞Julia Xiang is so gorgeous here. ❤️

I enjoy this movie so much. Must watch! Some touching moment too. Xiao Zhan is awesome. He doesn't look 'dumb' or slow though. But that's fine. Tony Leung as Ouyang Feng is awesome too. I didn't recognize him at all. Zhang Wen Xin as Huajun is awesome too. Why she doesn't even mentioned in this page. 😔 The only thing I hope Tsui Hark made for the movie is make Guo Jing move in the form of a dragon not fire circle.

the rating is low so far, but i'll give it a try as u said it has my mister vibes 😅
