@seoulmate I agree, the kissing at the end just makes no sense, at least for Porsche who has not liked Kinn so…
Yes, they have not shown so far the fact that Porsche was confused by how much he was noticing Kinn, his look, his body⦠he mentioned several times (to himself) how handsome he found Kinn and was wondering about Kinnās sexuality. And yes, Porsche was straight before Kinn. Also, during the kiss (which by the way came about differently in the novel⦠not after a serious chat but more of a drunken lustful interaction) he was both enjoying it and freaking out āshit, I am kissing Kinnā. Interesting to see the post-kiss set up in the next episode.
I get the feeling this series is based on a PWP (porn without plot) novel. From what I have heard KinnPorsche…
It takes a long time for the second and third couple to be established (or even interact with each other) in the novelā¦with the second couple having a really tortured relationship and the third coupleās story of how they fell in love never really covered (I was hoping they do more with it in the TV show, to not waste the actors). Interesting to see how it unfolds⦠I am also worried things will feel rushed given only 14 episodes (it could have been 24 or 30 easily). Also, in the novel you have the internal thoughts of Porsche and Kinn that bring alive the attraction for each other and confusion (Porsche keeps finding Kinn very handsome, even before the kissā¦Kinn is protective of Porsche and is also magnetically attracted to him, despite not being his type, as he likes softer boys typically). Will see!
Can someone let me know if there are any r*pe scenes? The next episode preview looked like he was drugged. I can't…
For episode 4, in the novel, there is consent, but it is due to the need for relief, having been drugged. I imagine it will be much softer with the TV version, but still probably uncomfortable if you are sensitive to it. Also, the Vegas Pete scenes (depending on if they show only torture or sexual abuse) could be triggering.

I have read the novel and itās not porn without plot (e.g. like BigDragon, which definitely fits that). There is a ton of plot and twits and character development, as well as laughter, together with the action. Because there is so much plot, I am curious to see how they will fit it all in the 14 episodes. While I found the Tankhun moments hilarious, and there is a lot of it in the novel, they probably could have been more economical with it, to make room for more drama and Kinn Porsche moments. The chemistry works for me, but I have the novel as background. There is so much lust and strong attraction in the novel⦠this has not come through yet. Episode 4 will be a turning point for this I imagine, given what it covers plot-wise. Will see!
I just finished watching it⦠phew, that was painful. Why did I ever start it before having a look on kisskh? Agree with other commenter here⦠incoherent, slow, lost of weird unexplained and indefensible things. E.g. what the hell was that thing with Dosan, Punās best friend touching him to party with him with two call girls at the end?⦠which Pun was oh so forgiving and grateful for, even though he rejected it⦠just one of the many cringey and unconnected segments⦠why??? PS. Dr Yang could do better with acting but he was scrumptious š
Am I the only one who watched this series on 1.5x? why are you like this to withstand this bomb, think of a bad…
Not the only one⦠I submitted also a request to GagaOOLala to add a fast forward 10 sec feature⦠to double tap and go through faster some of the mundanitiesā¦.
I just finished the English translation on Wattpad. I donāt think itās as problematic as people might have thought in terms of non-consent and revenge porn as these are just starting points or almost pretexts that donāt go far as consent is given and the āthreatā of releasing the video is to the person who set it up to begin with, is not really serious and is never materialised. Of course all this is in the book. Given the book has very little plot (including a bizarre male pregnancy scare), and just a lot of smut, I think they will have to create a lot of the dialog and story from scratch, so who knows where they will take it. I already see differences in the trailer from the book plot points.
Park Hyung Shik is not from The Heirs?? I think he had a support role in there, am I wrong? I personaly believe…
Yes, that was one of his early roles. He was also the lead in Strong Girl Bong Soo and Suits. Excellent actor⦠looking forward to this pairing and drama.
