Beware tho, episode 6-7 are such a bore to get through, side characters gets a TON of screentime, a lot more than the main leads, starting episode 8 onwards tho, we're back to the usual remarkable episodes

the dad is pissing me off, telling his son that his mom hold her coworkers hand for 10 whole minutes and says she's grinning from ear to ear making up stuff now great... what a loser... he needs to do better.

be warned tho... episode 6 and 7 are such a bore to get through (side characters gets more screentime than both main leads) but episode 8 and 9 makes up for it...

the son sent his father money to go buy the mom a nice dress and instead, what did he do? lied to her that the dress he bought for her is actually used by someone... I'd be mad too...

When they were at her house and he asked for her input about his work and she showed the wardrobe of gift boxes and gave him advices and the books that she likes that can be deemed helpful for him. I love that. And when he showed the final finished product to his coworkers and his boss. Something about it feels magical. And I also felt like I accomplished something great and worthy along with Sheng Yang as a viewer hahaha. It's just most of the leads interactions are so seamless and impactful.

Damn. The chemistry is off the charts. Their interaction towards the end of episode 8 when he's seeing her off the company after the meeting just gave me immense and powerful butterflies...

Episode 5 is such a higlight for me omfg.

so overhated imo. One of the best (realistic) romance drama out there.

only gonna watch this for yz... not really that big of a fan of fan cheng's acting, he needs to learn a thing or two from her amazing sister fan bing bing

xk and yz fans gets along really well on weibo... that's really good to see

Dare I say he deserves more hype and more popularity? And can I just say that I truly do think he's the best actor in china within his peers as of right now. He's so emotive. His micro expressions, movements, eye acting, comedic timing, emotional scenes, very evocative actor with strong on screen presence, him giving justice to every character he plays, the way he carries himself and giving life to the characters he is playing as if that is his real self! Evyrthing about his acting, it's just so good, he pulls you in no matter what kind of role he is playing. SUCH A GOOD ACTOR. YOU SIR, IS A STAR! A ONCE IN A MILLENIUM GENERATIONAL TALENT, AN ACTOR THAT HAVE ENCHANTED ME WITH HIS SUPERB ACTING PROWESS AND SKILLS. PHENOMENAL, OUTSTANDING, STELLAR, TERRIFIC, MAGNETIC, MARVELOUS, EXCELLENT, FORMIDABLE AND EXCEPTIONAL.

hmmm, I digress, he's both equally good in emotional and FUNNY scenes. very few actors can do that and he's one of those that can nail both.

Ding yuxi is just a phenomenal actor man... No words can even come close enough when it comes to describing his undeniable stellar acting skills. Truly a rare and a generational talent. A one of a kind indeed.
