seeing lots of positive reviews about this drama on weibo or are my eyes just fooling me?

didn't read the novel but the plot is immersive I like, it excuses the poor attempts of cgi and vfx lol

not xukai having 3 trailers out for 3 different dramas just in the span of 3 days...

I saw lost in the kunlun mountains in your currently watching list and I've gotta warn you dont watch it... I love xu kai and am an avid fan of him but that drama is a pain in the ass to finished... essentially wasted all my time. I recommend watching ancient love poetry instead :)

It's to be expected tho, xu kai is really a league of his own in japan, he's like arguably the most popular chinese actor there.

The trailer gagged me so bad... hope that the series as a whole actually live up to its standards and hype...
