Joss: ‘My Golden Blood’ is a series about vampires. When I first got the script, I was really excited. The Golden blood in question is a special blood, like one in a million blood.
Krist: My guess is that if this blood is special, that means the vampires need it, right? What if the Golden blood (in this case, Tong) then gets bitten by the vampires?
Joss: Drinking blood from normal humans just helps us living while the blood from the Golden blood gives us more power/makes us stronger.
Krist: Ah okay so Joss must drink blood to live but drinking the Golden blood is not to live but to get stronger.
Joss: However Mark doesn’t want to hurt humans which is why I tried to find other ways like donated blood. Krist: Bear blood? Joss: No lol, donated blood. Krist: Oh okay, donated blood.
Joss: Yeah like working for the Red Cross so I could steal and drink the donated blood. Krist: Oh okay, I thought it was like in Twilight where vampires replaced the human’s blood by bear’s blood.
Joss: I didn’t know how to survive and was detached from everything until I met Pong/Gawin. Krist: Ah Gawin, he’s the Golden Blood. You felt like getting to know him and understand why he had the golden blood?
Joss: Right, it made me wonder why I was getting attached and wanted to be him. The smell of his blood made me want him. Krist: Got it. Joss: Ok, I should maybe stop lol.
Krist: Does the series contain lots of action scenes? Joss: Yes, a lot. Krist: You seem suitable for it. Joss: There’s a scene with Mond who surprised me. Krist: What’s his role?
Joss: He’s one of the major vampires named Nakan (?) Krist: He must be a bad one. Joss: Right, he’s also after the Golden Blood to get stronger.
