What we want to add to the last 3 EP is the feeling of Coming of Age in every character at some point, what they faced was a turning point in their lives and when it happened to them, they had to find a way to deal with it, learn and change it. It is a good experience to step into adulthood, growing, that's the main purpose or theme in the last 3 EP
We choose a way to the band to loose at Hot Wave in order to raise questions about the lives of the characters and find answers. We pushed this episode to be the most dramatic episode in the story, we know that the method we choose may not please everyone and admit that if there is a bounce back saying that we has done well all along but we will fall to death because of this period but we still went along because we promised the boys that all of the boys would consider this episode 11 as a test, what they have to solve the most problems is acting exams
We promise the boys that at the end of this series, we will see the children from the audience and adults, even though this story was not popular, no one watched, but no one said that the boys was played the role badly, the boys must take the audience to experience the feelings that the characters face and pass on to the audience, i feel that every child has promised to go with us, because everyone wants to do their best and pass the exam so that the boys will not regret later and be proud of what they have done
The most difficult scene was the brawl on the hill, we did a lot of workshops on this set with the kids, but it never reached we wanted until the actual shooting day, it was the last Q of the shoot, by filming the loss scene, the kids already know what the atmosphere of loss feels like. Work in a race against the sun that is about to run out, narrow spaces that are obstacles to work. Everything put pressure on us, the team and the kids at that time, but when practicing and talking about the past drama stories, the frustrations of each person, we and the kids do a lot of back ground story homework with each character
All words and actions were thought out and reasoned, for example in life actually doing homework bring makes us have each person's brawl experience, Let's share to find the middle point in the ending of this scene, before filming, we said to the kids ones "Don't make yourself wrong after coming back to watch this scene." The magic moment happened, the kids put all together, bringing the characters to the point where they were the most down, lacking in consciousness and speaking hurtful to each other and when it come the kids leveraged the acting techniques, they hit each other indiscriminately, both repeating words to make themselves feel and giving the power to the partner to feel for the defensive partner to plays back and release their own inners. They work as a team to transfer inners to each other perfectly, help each other to make this scene as perfect as possible which is the scene we like best in the series and it really came out perfect
When every character passes the turning point of life, what to do next, the next thing is to heal their own heart. Therefore, now the song "Healing" was created to heal the hearts of the losers to move forward, they used this song to send energy to seniors who lost at Hot Wave last year. This year, this song came back to cheer them up. It probably won't be healed by anyone, our hearts are as good as ourselves, we choose to tell this scene from the students in grade 11 singing to the seniors in grade 12, when the camera turns back in the first round, the kids will end up being themselves in grade 12 and the listeners become them, those who lose. Before they could even think about it, they could bring themselves on the day of losing the steps, to come up and sing on stage again with a heart that has power, so this scene is a powerful scene, it heals the hearts of many losers. Of course in every competitions there're not only winners, there're losers too, but after losing, how do we get up again? How can we use that power and how can we get back up? That's the great experience that equivalent to winning. Winning anything is not as good as winning yourself, this sentence is always true
