There seems to be 50/50 split on those who like the show or not, whether they're fine with the rom com as is or they want it to ram up the sci-fi aspect.

There are still 8 more eps to go. They fast paced their romance (personally I'm fine with the show developing the romance first) so hopefully it will tackle more interesting stuff soon.

I let the kiss in this ep slide cause Puen took Talay by surprise and they're both noob at love. You're still pretending this is for screenplay? c'mon now Puen (judging from next ep preview) Hope we get better kisses in latter eps.

In Inside Vice Versa, the director said they were paired cause JimmySea are good friends taking acting classes together.

The other criticism I see is "TessTun's story is potentially more interesting cause a spoiled brat falling for his best friend that's secretly in love with him all this time" and they rather see that instead of PuenTalay's story cause it's a BL fantasy blah blah blah

I mean, isn't that basically a rehash of Bad Buddy??? Why would they want that beyond just more OhmNanon?

PuenTalay's story is something different from the norm and I'm excited to see where it goes from here. Sure the execution and acting could be better (we're only in ep 4 but I argue it's progressing neatly so far) but downplaying it just cause it doesn't appeal to your fujoshi fantasy... yeeesh

As a gay man and a huge fan of Thai BLs, I'm thrilled to see more diverse stories and pairing dynamics especially since the industry been pumping a lot of BLs lately
