Yes both drama are totally different. There's not any similarity. But title is kind of similar maybe that's why. Devil judge is best drama. But this drama is also amazing and quite enjoyable.

As a fan she is definitely giving Park shin Hye vibe. And many people don't like her vibe. But at the same time she is playing a badass character. Something different than usual.

People were comparing it with Devil judge. So they are just ruining such a good drama by comparison.

It's not that exciting plot. Ml is cheater and disgusting from first episode. If you want to watch it for ml then I recommend to start it from 10th episode.
