Can I ask what your trust issues are for? Is it because of sad endings? If so you could wait until this one finishes…
I hate tragic end. But it's not main reason. politics and conspiracy around king. It all just go over my head. I can't understand that plot/ scenario at all. Then it all just becomes boring. I have tried many historical drama after recommendation. But I find king's character always so dumb.

Its normal. If we like someone we starts to notice more things about them. Which comes with flaws. But toxic people focuses on Flaws and forgets why they were his Fans in first place.
Lee Min Ho is Best actor. Awards are proofs. He is kindest person. And there are many Loyal MINOZ. And he has many secret fans too. ( I was shocked when I found out my cousin sis is also his fan).

I liked perfect stranger.
Then I watched king of Pigs. It has been in my watchlist Since Mouse. And I wanted to watch more of Kim dong wook. Just perfect timing. Both kdramas are of different genre.
And I was also impressed with strangers from hell. It was so so creepy with perfect actors.
