seriously continue it. i usually don’t like angsty dramas but this one is just the right amount of angst! plus FL is smart and usually is able to figure out the bad stuff that is going to happen and is able to avoid it or fix it when happening! if you can get past the evil coniving ML wife’s arc, it gets batter after that IMO. i didn’t like her or her storyline!

I’m going to repeat again how much this comment section is one of the best I have seen. Especially when it comes to Seven Tan. i really really liked her since Go Ahead and try and check out all of her dramas. some aren’t my cup of tea so I don’t watch. She always gets a lot of hate for how small she is and not conventionally attractive because we all know Chinese actresses that are really popular are the conventional looking ones who all look the same. Minus Zhao Lusi. i love her also because she is an exceptional actress and is cute as a button! so my point is, it’s realiy nice that Seven Tan is getting the recognition she deserves because she is also beautiful and a great actress in my opinion! 🫶🏻

someone said before it started that ML would be obsessed with FL amd they weren’t lying. 🤣 I love love love how absolutely tender and sometimes sensual LXY gets when he looks at FL. he just has this aura that hard to describe! 😍 Also, someone said the Marque looked hot when was riding in on his horse and I agree! lol I love his character and dang he is also pretty sexy. 😂 I’m so glad he’s going to be paired with 3rd young miss! i like her and they will be cute! also, side note He was one of the Wens in The Untamed! he was a bad and crazy guy there and I also was like “why he kinda…”. 😆

This comment section deserves an applause. how this drama managed to do the impossible and have a 99% positive comments is truly amazing. most dramas, even the really really popular ones there are people in the comments that are bashing it and a majority of the time they are using the FL as their victim. I come on every day and am pleasantly surprised so great job guys! hopefully the people who don’t have lives but live to bring dramas down stay far away!

meh. watched all trailers. Women empowerment isn’t my idea of a good drama. bad bitches shouldn’t be forgiven because they have to fight against the hierarchy. i love Tan Song Yun but I like more romance focused dramas. This is long, slow and frustrating. Oh well, on to the next!

it’s only queer baiting if you go in thinking it’s a BL. No where in the synopsis or tags does it state BL. That’s on you for not having reading literacy and a prejudice against hetero love. it can go both ways.

I’m going to give this a 9. despite the taboo topic, it was very sweet. The Cinematography was beautiful as well as the music. Actors did a good job. the only flaw is it wasn’t long enough to establish the reason both fell in love. but i guess that is standard in Japanese dramas. lol They fall in love in the first episode. There was 2 visually appealing scenes about halway through that were just gorgeous. I would watch again for the sweetness. FL is beautiful and a cutie. Side note, ML actor is way different than in his role in Hana Kimi! absolutely loved his character there! i liked him here too but just completely different character!

BtW…first female client was FL from Love and Fortune. A very risque taboo type drama!

I watched this years ago. never quite finished. I vaguely remember liking it to some extent. currently rewatching it and in episode 7. To say it’s a slow burn would be an accurate description. He still is always thinking of his dead girlfriend and the flashback scenes are very redundant. same ones over and over again. He’s also still very rude to FL and bitter to her for no reason. FL is sweet and doesn’t deserve that. This one is a hard sell in the romance department because you can’t move on if you stay obsessed with another. i get he loved her but if you are trying to sell a drama where the leads fall in love, you need to give more convincing scenes with the two leads. all we get are scenes of him pining over the other lady. So far not convinced he has any feelings other than irritation and resentment with FL.anothervthing that bothers me is FL doesn’t have any original experiences with ML. Every interaction she has with him is just exact copies of his interactions with the dead girlfriend. The song, the stalker, the quotes. All are exactly the same as what his girlfriend went through. it leaves me think is he actually falling in love with her or just the memory of his dead girlfriend. Wish they would give more individul scenes to FL to convince us it’s her he loves and not the memory

i prefer her with Sam. yes he’s probably a player but he doesn’t have the coniving and annoying fiance and mom
