The entire game and premise is stupid! Student playing along with the game is even more stupid. But what takes…
who shoved a stick up your ass? it's a kdrama brother!!! FICTION!!! If you're that picky about realism, just like the other viewer said, stick to the documentaries.... this whole show is about the bullying that takes place in korean schools. maybe not in the form of the pyramid game itself, but it's just as violent, if not more than this. its literally sk's biggest issue with the youth. since you so clearly live in your own stupid little you may not have known. it's not lack of logic from students, but it's because bullying isnt taken as seriously in sk as it should be. so the realism you're dying for is pretty much there.
for me personally, the twists were not predictable. since its only 6 episodes I think you should defo give it a go and judge it for yourself. it's definitely not terrible, just it's amazing either.
nah. there's so many better ones out there, but that's just my opinion. so if you have time defo give it a watch, cuz it wasn't trash. I think it was a decent one time binge watch.
I was absolutely obsessed with this show. Its just such a beautiful story thats not too complex and absolutely hilarious. The storyline was really well written and I just loved how chill it was. Also the Jeju Visuals...... It was all so beautiful. The cast list was just so good, they defo chose everyone well. I loved the acting soooo much, from the big roles to the smaller ones. I know quite a low of people are annoyed that Samdal didn't really stand up for herself at first, but like the character development that came later!!!!! It's not always about revenge, Samdal could've easily stayed and done everything to fight for her innocence, she could've stooped just as low. But this was about her finding her true self again. And also the importance of home, family, friends. It was truly such a heart warming show. Also I can't go without mentioning the fight scene in ep 11 was just hilariousssssssssssssssssss. It was silly but i hadn't laughed like that in time XD
Even though there were only 6 episodes, for me it was a bit slow at the start, and there were some parts that just seemed a bit too empty. Regardless it defo had me hooked and personally, the twists were not predictable. I couldnt stop watching until i finished all of it XD It's not the best drama out there but it was definitely interesting. Also the cast was so good. They defo managed to portray the creepy, mysterious characters well. This kind of genre is my favourite and even though is was nothing extraordinary, it was a pretty decent binge.
I was actually really distraught while watching this. My tears wouldn't stop and my anger kept increasing as the movie progressed. I still can't believe that this is based off a true story. Humans truly can be the worst. Tbh I don't think I should even be calling them humans, they are monsters. To think of doing something like this to another person, and that too children that can't hear or speak is just so inhumane. What angers me the most is that even after all this, they couldn't even give those children the justice they deserved. How is 12 years a good enough punishment?!?!? And they were even let go before finishing those 12 years!! Some only received fines as well!!!!! No punishment whatsoever...... Since the government won't punish them, and the people around them "look up" to them, I really hope God gives them the worst death and let them rot in hell. I would've give this a 10 but some scenes were just too much for me. Especially with the little boy. I get it was to make it more realistic but it made me really uncomfortable. It just felt way too real and since I was just watching through a movie, it made me realise that I could never truly understand how horrible it must have been for those children. I hope they are doing well now and are able to live good lives.
The trailer actually caught my attention straight away. I thought it was quite cool how they decided to make a documentary on sex culture in different countries. I thought Shin Dongyup and Sung Sikyung were such a funny duo. They defo made the docu a lot more entertaining, so I found it a lot less embarrassing to watch. Since they're from a country that its as open about sex culture, I felt like I learned quite a bit with them. From the Hosts, to the sex toys and the AV culture in Japan, it was so interesting to see how everything is out in the open, in a country that most would assume is private about these things. I mean I already knew that Japan had quite a wide spread sex culture but I actually got to learn about it in depth and why its as big as it is. I also think I am now obsessed with Roland. His confidence and personality are on another level 🤣🤣🤣
Hmm idk. The acting really wasn't it for me. The characters also did so many of the typical dumb, impulsive mistakes, like in every other thriller/horror. Like everything about this was just average. And I'd say that's me being generous XD I feel like this plot had the potential to be a good thriller, but the writing was done quite poorly. The only good thing for me was finding out who the killer was, cuz I didn't predict that at all. Overall, I guess it was a decent-ish one-time watch, but not really something I'd recommend to people.
Sometimes a not too complex, simple romance drama is what you need to feel better. I fully loved this show. The chemistry between Song Kang and Kim Yoojung was just everything, so it's not surprising that they won best couple. Song Kang was just so cute and amazing in this show and I hope he goes and comes back from the military safely ❤️❤️ I won't lie it's not like the show is something new and different. It is basically just your typical fantasy kdrama, where the demon and human are connected through their past lives. But still, regardless of this I found the show very enjoyable. I was looking for something light hearted, romantic and slightly cliché, so this show definitely ticked all those boxes. There's comedy, there's romance, there's amazing visuals and a top tier OST. It may not be everyone's cup of tea since the show is quite predictable and follows the guidelines of every other fantasy kdrama. But if you can look past that and appreciate My Demon for the chill kdrama it is, then it's very easily enjoyable.
I didn't watch it yet, but 8,1 is actually quite high and if there are many badly written parts etc, why should…
I wasn't really talking about the rating. I meant mainly the reviews. there weren't that many badly written parts and when I say badly written it was more of the decisions the characters made. but I still don't think it was that bad for all the negative reviews. like if they had done anything the story wouldn't have moved forward. so it makes sense why some stupid decisions were made in order for there to actually be content to watch.
I can only handle so many characters making dumb decisions continuously.
I mean me too. no one really does. but I don't think there were that many dumb moments. personally for me the dumb moments came from the Mafias. like there were so many way to easily kill everyone. but at the same time if that happened then the civilians won't survive and then there would be no story. also I guess because of the ending, its understandable why they did stupid things. but still it's defo a decent watch. no way near as bad as the reviews make it imo. it's not the best out there but defo worth watching if you like thrillers.
Ngl I don't really get why there's so many negative reviews for this. Yeah there were parts that were badly written and parts were the characters were doing the typical stupid, annoying things. But regardless of that, I found the mafia concept to be quite enjoyable. As someone who likes thrillers and a bit of gore, I thought this was a pretty decent watch. The ending definitely took me by surprise. Like I wasn't expecting that to be there reason the students were all stuff there. It kinda gave me the vibe that they're looking to make a season 2. Which I hope they do, to wrap everything up better. Just hoping the writers do a better job if season 2 happens.....
Hmmm idk how I feel about this..... Like the film was decent but there wasn't much too it imo. Like it was too basic and I felt like nothing really happened. Don't get me wrong here, the actors were amazing and there were parts were I felt emotional but still it was kinda boring. I the only surprising part that caught me off guard was the part with the judge. Did not see that coming..... But still, an average movie I think.
Ahhhh BTS are just soooooooo cute and soooooooooooooooooooooo funny. I think each member picked the perfect thing to show. But Hobi and the flamingo XD And the fact that the rest of them got so excited to see the flamingo shit. I honestly can't with them. And Jin with the honey bear XD Ffs can 2025 just happen faster!!!!!!!!!
I think this special was the most funny. All 7 members were just too cute. Especially Jungkook and how he tried to lie so much. I'm pretty sure he just gave up at a certain point. But the members just know him like the back of their hands XD Ahhhh I miss them so muchhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!
I get why people disliked this season, but honestly I love me some drama so this season was pretty good. I loved that they changed it up a little so it wouldn't be the same and S1&2. I couldn't believe there were two infernos. Like wtf. Just when I thought it couldn't get more intense than S2. The amount of drama in this season was actually unimaginable XD Everyone was just so good looking. The guys were just wow and the girls were soooo pretty. Frickin Park Min-kyu man. I had heart eyes whenever he came on screen. Most people would probably agree with me on this, but my only real problem was with this season was Gwanhee. It was too much about him, like we hardly got scenes with the other contestants, but then I guess he did bring the most drama, and had 3 girls whipped for him. I honestly found him so annoying and tiresome most of the time. Like how is your mind gonna change every time a different girl talks to you? Also how he made Minji cry.... So childish!!! But still cuz like the hosts said, this season would've been boring without him, and he definitly didn't let us relax until the end. Anyways, I was hoping he'd pick Hyeseon. Also frickin Guyri man!!???!! Wtf is she?!!?? The audacity she had to say shit like that to Minwoo when she was in the same boat as him? Respectfully, she should grow up, especially as his noona. I was so over her at that point. Anyways it was a pretty decent season! Not as good as S2 but still good XD
what’s worse is that he still has a wife and that he STILL lives like less than 1 mile/yard away from nayoung.…
Yes I know. She for some crazy reason doesn't believe he is at fault and thinks the fault is his excessive drinking. Which makes no sense to me whatsoever. But then again there is no reasoning with crazy people. And he also apparently already violated his ankle monitor rules by going out late at night. And he lives in a school area. How this man free to roam in public is insane to me.
No one can ever tell me that BTS are not funny. I mean they're not even trying to be funny. It just comes naturally to them. When watching Jin spin uncontrollably, I was just dying of laughter. I will be missing Run BTS a lot till 2025.
This episode is just too cute. I loved that the crew got them to do this challenge. I think this episode shows how much they've gone through together as a group. Them meeting at old destinations to reminisce the past and put a close to their chapter 1. Can't wait to see them again in 2025!
