probably in the minority here but i really enjoyed this show from start to finish. i agree with others, night isnt the greenest of flags but i appreciate the writer to not make dream end up with him without any struggle. i could relate to night's character and grew really fond of him. still he pissed me off in a lot of places and i wished dream would just end up with day. (jeff is soo cute!!) however i also loved how we got the entire character development arc of night. he really came around even though I'm not sure how well we would do later. nonetheless it didn't feel like the writer just rushed to push dream towards night. i wish we could've had atleast one scene with night and his dad talking it out and his dad apologising to him for making him feel worthless about himself.
the production is and feels low budget. the scenes feel disjointed and the camera angles, amateurish. i want to see ohm and toosafe in another show with a better plot because this was too much. also what was the random music during some serious scenes??
ohm is so cute but he can definitely improve on his acting, some scenes he is too good (like when he was crying to his dad) and in some others, the eyebrow movement just kills the mood. either way i hope to see him in more projects.
younha is one of the best judges I've ever seen on a survival show. also i do not get the hype around gehlee. yes she's very pretty but i feel like there are other people who are more skilled than her.
really picked up the pace from ep 8. the best part of the drama was TorMix's acting and chemistry. i wish we could have them back as on screen couple for a lighter drama.
this season is such a let down in terms of how the three girls are behaving. it seems like they're ready to let go of every last bit of their self respect for that jerk gwanhee. so disappointing when nice guys like jin seok and min kyu literally exist.
he was a huge jerk to a member of girls generation and I haven't liked him since.
basically, years ago when jessica was still a part of girls generation, they went on the radio star show for an interview. the show was notoriously known to attack/humiliate idols in a very unhealthy and negative way. jessica was involved in a dating rumour and kyuhyun brought that up on the show and tried to shame jessica but tiffany stood up for her and got really mad on her behalf. more context here: https://youtu.be/CBFVcnZCTog?si=v36MX9p4cLLz_pOm
kyuhyun and his group, super junior are also known to have said some really bad things in the past, including shaming women. so it's not really a surprise that he is trying to defend gwanhee's actions here.
kyuhyun gets on my nerves everytime he's trying to defend gwanhee's actions. atleast dahee and jin kyung try to be real and point him out for being a jerk.
