Did the drama showed the modern world? I don’t think I saw it. What kind of ending is that? Meaning she left without getting married? Open ending? I don’t really like how it ended after chasing all the episodes.

Yes, maybe LLTG too because did not stated where it was filmed. Like Who Rules The World did stated was Hengdian Studio and a few other places. It was fun to visit the studio when you recognise the scene you watch from drama.

You read the novel in English? I found many books but all in Mandarin. There were a few version as well. My Mandarin is poor need to google all the way. So still thinking if I should.

I have a few friends who watch China dramas but many friends including family watch Korean dramas. As for me I watch both but currently more on China dramas. Had visited Korea and their filming studio so hoping to do the same for China too. Sad if I would had like China dramas earlier, I would had already visited before the pandemic. Started mid last year.

Done watching from WeTV and now started watching from IQIYI 😅😅
