Oh, I think you meant they didn’t follow the original novel in Immortal Samsara where ML became SML? Which you think is the same here where SML should be the ML here as well, didn’t end up with the FL. I think I kinda understand what you meant. Ashes of Love too has that kind of similarity? If I think correctly what you meant was SML should be ML and should ended up with FL? Actually everyone has their own opinion. Different perspective?

Usually “heaven beings” will fall in love either “heaven beings” or “human beings”. This round “heaven being” may fall in love with the “devil being”. However I started watching Chinese drama not long ago so maybe there are more I had missed. Sorry if my explanation not clear….
