I feel like her comment (at face value since we don't see the context) is a little off and misjudges his character... gwanhee seems to play with the girls feelings almost intentionally but minwoo and sieun had something going on minwoo was picked by gyuri and he appeared a little closed off because he was more attracted to sieun at the moment when that changed he made that more clear and ep 9 he confessed to her and is probably going to tell gyuri what he decided... nothing like gwanhee in my eyes
