💯💯💯 I agree 1,000 %! But I think sometimes the casting agents and directors just get the actors chemistry wrong. They don't see it lacking during auditions or read throughs, and sometimes not even then until it's on screen. Their only option at that point is to replace the actor who is not cutting it, and if they have two big named leads they won't do that, if that makes sense.

I just put this in my plan to watch list. However, I recently saw a video on YouTube by "Asian drama news plus" that was posted last year. The cast of LAR was doing a live farewell thing and basically, it appeared that Cheng Yi was ignoring and was cold to YBY and caused a big controversy with netizens. It's kind of bumming me out. I really dislike the aunt and uncle. He's obviously spineless, the aunt is greedy. I really love grandpa. However with news of Shen Yan and Liu Ling's relationship spreading all over the capital, how had he not heard about it?
If you skip around, your going to miss some important dialog or info. I'm watching a show right now for like 4th or 5th time. First few episodes, I hated the FL. Now I love her and can't imagine anyone else in that part. Just saying.... 🤭
