All I know is that Hua Yong wants Sheng Shao and looking at his past relationships none has lasted at least a year and they are all (assuming?) have been omegas.. but sadly he is not. So his disguise is truly immaculate 😂
Hm.. I think it's a coverup? - I think when Hua Yong mentioned his "sister" was in the hospital Gao Tu also said it. So possibly Hua did a background check on everyone around Sheng before he became the secretary.
Since he's an Enigma in disguise and we have seen him in the opening looking through Sheng Shao's past relationships he's probably going to the hospital because he saw him there the first time and now it's an excuse to get closer to him!

I think the rumors they are talking about is probably about the show getting cancelled/banned (because you know about censorship in China) . The creators asked those in China not to post about about what in episode 10 which I guessed they have failed.
