Usually they will sub about a week after the raw episode comes out. Hopefully they do on this one.
it's really not that hard to find subs and i rather spend 30 minutes searching subber than watch anything on this parasite site. @aoinousagi on twitter is translating this series.

if by happy ending you mean them ending up together, then no. No happy here. But this series is not really about romance and their relationship is pretty weird. very japanese.
