I think there's something about this drama that we can't criticize, it's the chemistry between the leads; every scene they're in together gives me butterflies in my stomach. This flirtatious attitude from the male protagonist is simply everything I needed; enough with cold male leaders, we just want male leaders obsessed with the heroines.

He's the real villain, but he always hides behind others, the most despicable one. In the last few episodes, I was angry because Qing Yuan didn't kill him when she had the chance.

I read the novel quite a while ago, back when there was a rumor that the actress I like would play the lead, though it turned out to be a different actress in the end. The novel is excellent, but adapting Chinese novels into dramas is impossible—yet directors keep insisting on doing it. The actor playing the male lead is actually quite good, but I just can't bring myself to watch anything he's in.
