My previous comment was about my desire to see a more dominant Xingzhou. It's not because I don't like a woman's power. I even like the drama version of Miantang more than the novel.
In the novel, Miantang is only depicted as a woman who was deceived and then took revenge by leaving the bastard man who lied to her.
And in the end, returned to Xingzhou with little effort on the part of the men.
"Miantang's character as a bandit is further strengthened, than in the novel. Her cruelty, and her calm nature when facing something that happens." I even made this comment on YT.
But when I saw Xingzhou was jealous by Ziyu. I feel annoyed. It would be fine if it was by another man, but it was Ziyu!
It was like being defeated by an unworthy opponent, it was like tarnishing Xingzhou's prestige.
I don't even want to watch episodes 20-22 yet. I saw the trailer for ep 24 and immediately felt annoyed. 😅
