Episode 15 was 🔥This is exactly what I was waiting for. Episode 16 was also very good.

After 14 episodes I am still not sure how I feel about this drama. Some parts of it are good and some are just a bit average. It has potential to be so much better so I sincerely hope it will get more exciting in the coming episodes.

I am onto episode 2. What are we watching lol?

I personally like this drama. The acting is superb from the whole cast and Zheng Ye Cheng always kicks ass with his fight scenes. This is not a fluffy drama with a lot of sweet scenes, in contradictory it’s about self sacrifice and self redemption, including death, in many occasions for a greater purpose. I would definitely recommend it.

Wow, episode 23 had me crying like a baby 😭exceptional fighting scene at the end of this episode. Really enjoying this drama. Don’t let the rating discourages you. It deserves much higher rating than 7.8

Really solid drama up to episode 15. I have always enjoy ZYC acting. First time watching the FL. What I like is watching a story showcasing the Chinese brocade culture with all the pretty colours of the silk. The plot is also interesting.

It’s good to see the rating has gone up to 8.2 from 7.9! Luckily I don’t always let rating decides whether to watch a drama. I have watched the first 4 episodes and really captivated by it.
