Excellent article! Waiting on episode 31. Lately, I have found myself watching more Chinese historical dramas. They are a good mix with the Korean rom-coms I love.

Title No Boundary Spoiler
Whoa. I was getting close to the end of episode 32 and we still hadn't seen what looks like their marriage (seen during the intros). Then it ended and I said, "WTF?" Came here and learned there is a season two. Thank God.

Absolutely fabulous article. It's funny and well written! I've read through the comments (8 years ago?) but I don't remember reading anything about VOMIT. This usually goes along with the piggy-back ride or the good-night hug. I mean, you just know it's coming, right? But I will mention one thing that annoys the hell out of me …and this is probably because I am an older American. Why do girls scream and cover their eyes when they see a bare male chest? Yes, she's naïve, but don't they have swim meets or beaches? LOL. I'll bet every movie with Sung Hoon probably has a clause in his contract that he has to have a scene of him swimming with bare chest and skin-tight racing swim trunks. Ah … but I digress. At least in some of the newer dramas with "older" characters (why is 25-30 considered OLD?), the FL can express some admiration for said bare chest -- "It's OK to Not Be OK" comes to mind. Rant over!

On Corner with Love Sep 7, 2020
On YouTube, a search for Song Wei Long upcoming dramas and the same for Shen Yue, both mention "Corner of Love" for 2020. One can hope!

The worst thing is when someone gets hit by a truck just because. Most of the time it's completely unnecessary.Another…
I cannot claim to be the originator of this expression. I heard it on a YouTube video about tropes. Hit by a truck/car? Ah it's "The White Car/Truck of DOOM" trope. After I heard this expression, I paid more attention to the car or truck of DOOM hitting a lead. OMG! They were almost always white!
