OMG, you are 100% correct! She is more affectionate with them than DS. The brothers make me cringe. Don't take me wrong, her character is extraordinary, but the writer's have missed the mark on its development with DS' relationship. They have developed his, but hers has fallen short. I keep thinking that they really don't get along and that is why it can be so cold at times. Although his character can go from freezing cold to snuggly warm and affectionate in a heartbeat. I love him, he is a great actor.

She did call him after the incident in which she left his house running after bringing him food because his son had shown up. That, I thought was a sincere call from her to him, but other than that, and like you, I see no affection from her to him. Like she knows she has him so her attitude is whatever. It is sad because when they have their moments together, like when they were both hospitalized and were listening to music under the Cherry Blossom tree, that part was breathtaking! There is potential, they make a beautiful couple, but she shows very little emotion 90% of the time. This is fantasy, a world of make-believe, where we are supposed to come and forget our daily life routine and smile like idiots or be mad as hell. They need to cooperate a little bit more with us and our fantasies. It is not working! Laughing Out Loud!

There is a part of me that wants GS to be hurt badly so HS reacts and tells his MIL to stay out of his private life and then be there night and day for the woman he loves. Do I think that DS loves GS? Absolutely, 100 times more than she loves him. As a woman, I understand threading lightly in relationships. However, either you give it your all or stay out of them altogether. We need to stop excusing her lukewarm behavior. She is not a child-like Seri, who seems to go from bad to worse. Either GS wants to be DS wife, or she does not. She needs to make up her mind. At her age, she should know better and when you know better, you do better. This has nothing to do with culture, it has to do with being assertive and comfortable in your own skin. The best age for a woman is precisely her 40s when she stops caring about what people’s opinions are. So going back to her getting hurt to see if either of them reacts, one part of me wants it for attention and the other part of me says it is not necessary. However, at the end of the day, this is fiction, and we all get our kicks out of the I love you, I love you not. I want to see two people their age being real and enjoying life to their fullest with unnecessary drama. I would love to see at least 4 episodes with them being married so we are somewhat reassured that none of them are going to die within a short period of time. These last episodes should be fun. I would hate for them to get married in episode 53. If the writers are going to wait until then, we have wasted precious time in being in love with being in love. I want to see hugs and kisses and lots of love.

I hear you. I am totally in love with GS and DS as a couple. My issue is how at times they are portrayed. GS is too immature and DS when he is acting either too aggressive or too much of a wimp. But at the end of the day, there is no better couple than theirs. I can watch them all day long.

It is unbelievable. At 40 a woman has grown into maturity and loves her body and herself, and the man is still maturing and exploring. My grandparents in their 70's were affectionate and sexual.

In complete agreement with you. I can be completely wrong, but I get the impression that the main characters are not fond of each other in real life. While at times they have a Wonderful Chemistry on screen, it doesn't look like they are fans of each other. He is a much better actor at pretending than her.

I certainly think that there was an attraction between both of them and being that she was only married for 10 days made the attraction stronger for her. I have to be honest, I have never thought that se loves him. She likes him but that is all. He came to fill a void in her. He was there at the right time. I love their chemistry and their bantering. From all the relationships, they are by far, the most entertaining one. I would love for her to develop real feelings for him and show them without a care for what anyone thinks or feels. There is where you show maturity. You want something and you go for it.

I have not seen GS fight for the Chairman the way he has fought for her. He has indeed become somewhat ambivalent about his MIL getting involved in things that up to a certain degree are none of her business. However, her brother-in-laws have been meddling in her private life way too much particularly when she was only married to their brother for 10 days. She has rescued the brewery several times and at the end of the day, they are nothing more than leeches. It is okay that her mother opens her mouth once in a while, someone needs to defend her. Plus, that is what mothers do. If GS loves DS, it is time to show it. She is no damsel in distress and the fact that once in a while she shows her temper like she did with Bom's professor, is not enough. DS has gone out of his way time after time, after time to show he cares for her, but she hasn't. Also, we need to see kisses and more hugs between them. They are not virgins or teenagers. If it is mature love, let's show it how it is. Mature relations are 10 times more passionate than young ones because you know what you want and you demand it.

Could agree more. Every time I see them I get constipation. I prefer her parents bickering over them. Can't stand them.

It is my hope that the Chairman's daughter makes Ma's life miserable so she understands what he went through when her brother's in law made his life miserable. Let the hunger games, beg!
